SLCC Volleyball Ranked #3 in NJCAA Polls

SALT LAKE CITY (August 9, 2010) – The SLCC Volleyball team opens up the 2010 season ranked #3 in the NJCAA pre-season national poll. Rival College of Southern Idaho, defending National Champions, opens the season with the #1 ranking and North Idaho College rounds out the SWAC at #11 in the NJCAA. 
SLCC returns key starters Ame' White, Shelbi Zaldain, Erika Charry and Catalina Charry. White was named Region 18 Tournament MVP while Zaldain and Erika Charry were NJCAA All Americans. The team opens up the 2010 season at the College of Southern Idaho Tournament on August 27-28th.
