Salt Lake Community College Awards & Honors
Since 1985 Salt Lake Community College has been an NJCAA power in many sports. Men’s and Women’s Basketball was the first followed by Volleyball and lastly Baseball and Softball. In all SLCC has over 54 NJCAA All Americans, 513 Academic All Region athletes and 192 Academic All Americans. In 2009 the Men’s Basketball team won SLCC’s the first NJCAA National Championship. The pride of SLCC is not only the many championships the teams have won but also the academic successes of the student-athletes.
